Zero. Your current system stays live until the new one is built, tested, and your team is trained. We migrate data in parallel, do a final sync the night before launch, and flip the booking page. Existing bookings continue to work in both systems during the transition.

No. Fresha makes export deliberately painful — but the data is yours and there are several legitimate paths to extract it. We've done it for multiple clinics. Worst case, we work alongside your team for a week to assist with the manual export.
Not the data we have access to. Treatment notes, appointment history, contact details, deposits, gift voucher balances — all preserved. The only thing that doesn't carry across is platform-specific metadata that's irrelevant in the new system anyway.
